Pr. Crippen is responsible for general pastoral ministry, along with Pr. Johnson, including preaching, worship leading, weddings, funerals, visitation, pastoral care, and education. In addition, he oversees the administration of the congregation, serves as personnel officer of the congregation, and oversees the areas of benevolence, business management, evangelism and communications, properties and grounds, stewardship, and worship and arts.
