Here is the Information Packet and Registration form for 2011-2012 children’s programming.
All children need to have a Health Form on file as well. Please return the forms by August 1 to the Church Office.
We can use ADULT help as well – please consider the volunteer opportunities, especially for Wednesday nights. You don’t have to commit to every Wednesday – we need parents/other adults to help keep this portion of our ministry program going strong. Thank you for considering!
