Welcome

Welcome to the St. John's website. We are an Evangelical Lutheran church located in Northfield, Minnesota. We look forward to receiving visitors to our church and encourage you to attend a service or to contact us with any questions you might have. We offer two Sunday services and a variety of activities for members of all ages throughout the week. College students are also encouraged to attend services.

During the school year, Sunday services are held at 8:30am and 10:45am. Sunday school and adult education forums are held between services during winter months.

We are a congregation of about 2,000 members and are served by three pastors, Joseph G. Crippen, Mark Johnson and John Quam.

Regular office hours are from 9:00am - Noon and 1:00pm - 4:00pm Monday through Thursday, and 9:00am - Noon and 1:00pm - 3:00pm on Friday.

St. John's is a welcoming community in Christ whose mission is to:
